BSB Industry operates as a supplier of welded steel structures and supply chain solutions. The company’s origins date back to 2000 in Denmark, while its operations in Poland began in 2009. Today, BSB has two branches in Denmark, two production facilities in Poland and a sales office in the USA. The company employs 330 people, generates a turnover of EUR 90 million and uses more than 30,000 tonnes of steel annually.
Metal processing and production of steel structures
BSB POLAND carries out both serial and project-based production, adapting its range of services to the needs of customers from various industrial sectors. The company works with steel grades S235, S355, S490 and S690Q, as well as stainless steel and aluminium. Thanks to its extensive technological facilities, it can handle both individual orders and larger projects requiring comprehensive execution.
The company’s offer includes laser, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, sawing, drilling, bending, rolling, welding and machining. BSB POLAND also performs finishing and protective processes such as shot blasting, deburring, chamfering, metallization, wet and powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing, pickling and passivation.
Welding, cutting and CNC machining
One of BSB POLAND’s key specializations is welding steel structures. The company offers MIG/MAG welding, TIG welding, submerged arc welding, as well as robotic and cobot welding. Production is supervised by an IWE, and the company holds certificates for commonly used welding processes.
BSB has 20,000 square metres of production space in its facilities in Denmark and Poland. The company’s machinery park includes lasers, plasma cutting machines, band saws, drilling machines, a press brake, a rolling machine, a lathe, CNC machine tools, a shot blasting chamber and a deburring machine. This allows the company to provide not only metal cutting, but also further preparation of components for assembly or subsequent production stages.
CNC machining of components made of black steel, stainless steel and aluminium is also an important area of the company’s activity. BSB POLAND uses, among others, a CNC Bridge machining center, CNC Machining Center and CNC Turning and milling center, enabling precise production of components in accordance with technical documentation.
Certificates, quality control and NDT services
BSB POLAND focuses on quality, repeatability and safety of production processes. The company holds ISO 1090, 3834, 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates, confirming standards in the production of steel structures, welding, quality management, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
During SUBCONTRACTING, the company will also present external NDT quality control services. The offer includes VT, MT, UT and PT testing, meaning visual, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and penetrant testing. All services are performed at Level 2. The offer is complemented by 3D scanning, supporting precise measurements, quality control and reverse engineering.
