INSTAL KRAN provides not only the manufacturing of parts and subassemblies, but also technical support, design consulting and a flexible approach to cooperation. The company has its own design office, working with tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD and PV*SOL, which enables efficient project execution from the concept stage.
Comprehensive metalworking and CNC services
INSTAL KRAN’s offer includes, among others, laser cutting of sheets, tubes and profiles, punching on turret presses, sheet metal bending, profiling, profile cutting, CNC machining, welding, spot welding, powder coating and finishing processes. The company also provides locksmith services, laser marking and engraving, assembly of functional components and pre-assembly of finished subassemblies.
Its machine park includes sheet metal cutting lasers, press brakes, a CNC turret punching machine, a roll forming machine, a tube and profile bending machine, an Elumatec SBZ 140 machining centre, CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. This enables the company to carry out both individual orders and small- and large-series production.
Laser cutting, bending and profile processing
INSTAL KRAN uses, among others, a 12 kW PAX LASER P3015 fibre laser and a Mitsubishi CO2 Cross Flow ML3015eX PLUS machine. The company cuts carbon steel up to 25 mm thick, stainless steel and aluminium up to 12 mm, and brass up to 6 mm, with a maximum sheet format of 1500 × 3000 mm.
For sheet metal bending, the company uses BAYKAL press brakes, while its offer is complemented by CNC punching, profiling, tube and profile rolling, and profile cutting.
Welding, surface treatment and certified quality
The company provides manual welding services using MIG/MAG and TIG methods, robotic MIG/MAG welding, laser welding and spot welding. INSTAL KRAN’s expertise is confirmed by PN-EN ISO 3834-3, EN 15085-2 and EN 1090-1 certificates, which are important for manufacturers of steel and aluminium structures.
Surface treatment is also an important part of the company’s offer, including powder coating, wet painting, sandblasting and glass bead blasting. The company also performs grinding, deburring, drilling, threading, chamfering, laser marking, as well as the assembly of fastening elements and finished subassemblies.
Investments and increased production capacity
INSTAL KRAN is consistently developing its infrastructure and automating its processes. The investment plan includes expanding the production area to 9,000 m², increasing production capacity by 80%, speeding up order fulfilment, improving repeatability and increasing flexibility in small- and large-series production.
The solutions being developed include welding robots, a WAGNER automatic powder coating line, a 3D laser for cutting tubes and profiles, a CNC bending machine, a press brake with a bending length of up to 6 m, a 5-axis CNC machining centre and modern lathes.
