Press'e Sp. z o.o. specializes in delivering high-precision, complex machined components for manufacturing and assembly facilities, based on customer-supplied drawings or 3D models. We ensure reliable deliveries and consistently high quality thanks to our extensive, in-house production capabilities.

All CNC machines at PRESS'E are state-of-the-art, equipped with counter-spindles, bar feeders, or robotic loaders, featuring between 8 and 13 axes and 15 to 36 live or static tools. We produce parts from bars and tubes, performing turning, milling, drilling, and threading at various angles for diameters ranging from 3 mm to 65 mm. For larger-diameter components, we utilize robotic loading and palletizing systems, processing workpieces cut on automatic saws or made from forgings and castings.

Press'e Sp. z o.o. guarantees that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality, service, and cost optimization, ensuring the best balance between price, quality, and production efficiency. To meet the needs of our regular customers, we maintain continuous inventory of parts, enabling delivery within 24 hours of order placement.

Our modern machine park, experienced workforce, and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards — along with the implementation of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 — allow us to manufacture complex components in fully automated processes while maintaining low production costs. Parts with extremely tight dimensional tolerances and demanding surface finish requirements are precision-ground on CNC center and centerless grinders.

Our CNC equipment can operate with up to three tools simultaneously, machine parts from both sides (through part transfer), and perform multi-angle machining using live tooling without operator intervention. This ensures outstanding repeatability and cost-effective production of complex parts that would otherwise be very expensive to produce by conventional methods.
